It is a shame. Some really nutritious items are now being asked because of a few high-profile instances of phony advertising.
For instance, Snapple has an "Acai Blackberry" drink. Appears balanced, proper? There is number issue that equally Acai berries and Blackberries are saturated in antioxidants and other normal ingredients that are good for our bodies. tsampa: food of the sherpa Unfortunately, neither Acai or Blackberry appears on the listing of substances for this drink. The first element is water, and the next one is High Fructose Corn Syrup. A good thing you are able to state about Large Fructose Corn Syrup is it is number worse for you personally than sugar. Some studies recommend it is much worse than sugar, but we do not have to move there. Even though High Fructose Corn Syrup is no worse than sugar, think of it. A drink with the healthy-sounding phrases "Acai Blackberry" on the tag is obviously similar to sugar water. Why don't they set that on the brand? Why don't they call it the "Sugar Water" consume, or the "High Fructose Corn Syrup" drink? Since that could perhaps not noise healthy, and it wouldn't sell. Here is the problem. Today the web is filled with websites and articles about "still another Acai fruit scam." Sure, the nutritious Acai berry will be criticized because of a drink that does not contain any Acai berry. That's terrible. Similarly bad are the drinks that have unknown amounts of Acai berry from concentrate. Bloggers see those items and, again, they talk about "yet another Acai berry scam." Now for the truth. The Acai fruit includes large levels of anti-oxidants and other nutritious substances. According to the National Institutes of Wellness, "Anti-oxidants are materials that may protect your cells against the consequences of free radicals.... Free radicals can damage cells, and may possibly may play a role in heart problems, cancer and other diseases." Do not get my term for it. Head to the web website of the National Institutes of Health and look for studies of the Acai fruit yourself. That is great stuff. Therefore, how will you identify between products that are just using the name Acai to market sugar water vs. good products that truly include Acai and different healthy ingredients? Follow these two simple steps: Wherever may you find such a product? My personal favorite is Seven+ from eXfuze. Seven+ includes actual extracts of Acai, Noni, Mangosteen, Gogi, Fucoidan, Seabuckthorn, Gac, and different 100% normal botanicals without added sugar, large fructose corn syrup or synthetic preservatives. Seven+ from eXfuze can be chosen in a PROformance version which has Eleutherococcus and Astragalus. Reports show that Eleutherococcus and Astragalus will help the body fight the consequences of stress. Therefore, do not let misinformation confuse you. Be an educated and knowledgeable consumer. Look for real extracts and prevent products that contain added sugars and synthetic preservatives.
